    Your diet which includes shakes, vitamins, minerals or just about anything you consume should be based on what your goals are. If you are trying to gain, cut or maintain is what you should be asking first. But in general you want to take your vits before each meal or three times a day and want to wait an hour before working out especially if your doing cardio nothing worst that spewing up a tall glass of water and partially digested vits on the floor. quite embarrassing
