It is hard to suggest any specific types of multivitamins for you because you did not include enough specifications, but I can recommend a brand of multivitamins that I have used with sucess.
Its the One A Day brand multivitians. They have a bunch of different kinds that are designed for specific people. I use these and they are good, only one simple tablet daily and you are done. I will include a link to their website below, but you can purchase these at most grocery and pharmacy stores.

I know what you mean though, but these have been good multivitamins for me. I would not recommend Centrum especially at your age.
