That would be true if I had not had weight loss surgery. I don’t eat much and have a protein intake requirment I need to meet so I don’t lose my hair. I drink a shake for breakfast. It really helps me. I do exercise daily now on my treadmill. Thanks for you comment!

Your welcome, I know I covered several products, but I live on the vitamin water. I wonder if I would do well on liquid intake with out this product. To me it is a GOD sent! All the other vitamin waters have cals or carbs, this one does not! It is zero everything! Plus it tastes good! Double bonus!
