I take Prilosec (over the counter) twice a day. That may be too much in your case but it helps me. I hope you feel better. I have had it for 6 years

You may want to talk to a doctor, one of the things that can cause acid reflux to get to its worse is acidy food, such as citrus from orange juice, or tomatoes..if the nexium is not working it may be time to try prevacid or something the doc can give you. Are you supposed to be taking the liver meds per a doctor? If not, I would definatley suggest talking to one, to make sure you are not causing damage to yourself.

coming from a person who has Acid reflux and a haital hernia which is a hernia between your stomach and esophagus. lay off the vitamins for a couple days see if that calms it down, sometimes those reflux pills are useless. i would say if this persists for longer then a couple weeks go to a gastro specialist to have yourself checked. Also try Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tps in a glass of water, tastes awful but it works to calm the heartburn down. but make sure you get checked cause severe constant heartburn could lead to damage to your esophagus in the long run and you dont want that. also try drinking a lot of water and dont be to stressed out, this could cause anxiety and it leads to digestive problems .. trust me ive been though this

I’d see a doctor fairly soon if I were you.
The photo of you is kind of small, but it seems that you are quite young, and it is pretty rare for a young person to have problems with acid reflux. Younger people who do suffer from acid reflux with some frequency are usually pregnant women, or people with unhealthy habits or conditions (smokers, people who are obese, heavy drinkers).
If you suffer from asthma, it is possible that you may get acid reflux problems sometimes.
You might want to stop taking the liver stuff for a few days, just to see what happens.
If you have to wait a few days to see your doctor, ask your doctor or a pharmacist which "over the counter" antacids (Maalox, Mylanta, etc.) are safe to take while using Nexium or other prescription acid reducers.

Are you taking these multivitamin and supplemental tablets on a physician’s recommendation? If not, stop them now. Then see your physician and describe what’s happening. You are quite obviously suffering from acid reflux; this condition may eventually develop into erosive esophagitis and then into a precancerous condition called Barrett’s Esophagus, and then into esophageal cancer if you don’t address it. You may also have a hiatal hernia. Regarding acid reflux medications–you may have to try several different medications before you find one that works for you.
